The 110-meter long pathway through Biserujka is adjusted to tourists and offers a wealth of cave decorations - calcareous sinters, stalagmites, and stalactites. Biserujka also proudly features very diverse wildlife; so far a total of 28 species of organisms were discovered in the cave.
Its underground areas include Mouth, Balcony, Shaft, Great Hall, Northern Channel, Arched Hall, and Cypress Hall.
Not far from the entrance to the cave there is an educational trail Slivanjska which visitors can visit free of charge, on their own. The trail lasts an average of 30-45 minutes depending on the person.
