Visit one of the most beautiful and attractive beaches in Croatia - the magical Vela Luka! Upon arrival in Vela Luka, you can spend your free time swimming in the clear sea, sunbathing on the beach with the possibility of renting deck chairs and umbrellas, walking to the neighboring, equally attractive bay Mala Luka or hiking to the Corinthia fort - the largest ancient ruins on the northern Adriatic islands with a beautiful view of the neighboring islands and the largest Croatian mountain - Velebit.
On the beach, there is a restaurant with a variety of offers, and if you decide to walk to Mala Luka, warm we recommend that you visit a small fish restaurant owned by a fishing family where you can always count on freshly caught deliciously prepared fish.
The trip includes transport by taxi boat and an experienced driver from the port of Baska to the bay and the beach Vela Luka in both directions. The duration of the ride in one direction is about 15 minutes. Departures from Baška take place from 8 am to 1 pm, and return from 3 pm to 7 pm.
It is great to know that when you leave, you can arrange the desired return time with the driver of the boat, which makes your stay in Vela Luka completely flexible.
If you like hiking and feel adventurous, we recommend that you experience an attractive hiking trip from Baška to Vela Luka (2.5 hours), and book a taxi boat ride only for the return, in one direction!
